  3. Dr Daniel is sooo good-looking😍 Great, challenging workouts too. I've been doing your workouts since last year. Combined with good nutrition, i have lost several cm from my waist, my body is a lot more proportionate, my posture is better and my sciatica has improved a lot. I also use your warm-ups at the beginning before I go jogging😃thank you so much for your help getting me into better shape. I have gone from 71kg last year to 64kg this year . Im 5 ft 4.
